I would like to begin by apologizing
for the break in transmission on Taakra’s blog. It was due to change in
administration.
Now that
were back on track, we will be keeping you posted on the monthly activities at
Taakra Arts & Craft Academy.
August 15th
2014 commenced the practical training for Batch B NYSC Corps.
For the last 3 years Taakra Arts & Craft
Academy participated as resource persons @ Kubwa center in the area of
Crafts.
Corpers were
taught how to make Hair Fascinators, decorative hand fans, Cultural stationary
books, wire work (fun rings) and shoe making with Ankara fabric.
A special
subsidized package is offered to all Youth Corpers interested in Joining Taakra
Arts & Crafts Academy after camp.
Our classes are also available to all
